When that picture was taken in 2014 my mental health it an all time low, I hate myself, how I felt and how I looked in the mirror.. I was using drink as an unhealthy coping. mechanism for stress and I knew after hitting rock bottom that something needed to change
Problem here is that I didnt know where to start, I wasa a completely beginnger and just copied what everone else was doing, I made every mistake that you can think of, tried every quick fix.. Fat burner.. Extreme diet going while making 0 progres..
I developed an extremely poor relationship with food, and my body image.. I hated how I looked and thought I was fat & over weight when I wasn’t.. Body dysmorphia crippled me and the slightest bit off track left me feeling guilty, ashamed & back to square one again..

Will I lose weight AND keep it off for good?
Yes! The method I take you through is designed to not only achieve the result you want but educate you on exactly how to maintain your results for yourself. You'll never need another diet again.
What if I've failed countless times before?
If you've failed before it usually means you've been let down by either a lack of education or a lack of accountability and support (or both!). Project U solves all of that and provides you with everything you need to achieve your best results yet.
Do I get 1-1 contact?
Yes! You have access to me on WhatsApp and are free to message whenever you want (just don't expect a reply if I'm asleep). My policy is 'No question is too stupid.' I want you to learn as much as possible and the more you ask, the more you learn.
Will I need to join a gym?
No! A lot of my clients have achieved incredible results without stepping foot inside a gym. If training at home, I will suggest a few bits of equipment to help you get the most out of a home workout though.
What if I'm a complete beginner?
Project U is all about meeting you where you're at right now. I was once a complete beginner too so I know exactly what it's like and I make sure to take all of this into account when designing your programme and nutrition plan.
Will I need to track calories?
No! A few of my clients have had great success without tracking calories. Although I do encourage it as it makes the whole process a lot quicker and easier.
